| Ans. | Pd stands for pupilary distance (the distance between your pupils) and is required when making prescription eyewear. |
| Qu. 2 | Do you offer a warranty? |
| Ans. | Yes. All eyewear we sell comes with a 12 month manufacturers and workmanship warranty. |
| Qu. 2 | Do you do bifocals and multifocals? |
| Bifocals yes. Multifocals we are reluctant to do because of the 8 base curvature required which can cause distortion in multifocal type lenses. |

| Qu. 3 | My prescription is quite strong.Do you have styles that you may be able to fit my rx into? |
| Ans. | Yes. We are able to fit up to + /- 3sph +/-2cyl in most styles.The panoptx range can be used to fit up to and above in some cases +/-6.5sph. It is best to call us and talk to one of our Dispensing Opticians in regards to what frame and lens style may suit your needs best. |
| Qu. 5 | How long does it take till i get my new glasses? |
| Ans. | Generally all orders ar dispatched within 7 working days. Allow extra time for mirror coatings. |
| Qu. 6 | Can I try the frames on before I order them? |
| Ans. | Yes. We provide a service where we are able to post out 1 pr of trial frames for you to try to make sure they fit you correctly (Aust Only). In the trial pack you get a cloth and a spray which is yours to keep. Packs come with a return adress express post satchel for you to return frames after trial. Trial packs cost is $15.00. |
| Qu. 7 | What type of lenses are you able to supply? |
We are able to source a full range of polycarb, cr39, transition, polarized and mirror coated lens. We will help you choose a lens which will suit your needs best. |
